Yamaha, please give us the EQ specs on his settings for tone, now and then. I've had a modern THR10 for 4 months now and the THR Remote app just isn't operating the same as the old app did. Help us maximize this thing like your ads with Philip Sayce imply doing.

Can you do it with THR5? I know I can play backing tracks through PC to amp but it is a way to record it, put it in the loop, etc? Thank you .

Ive got a THR10 and an Epiphone Les Paul Studio. Ive never got close to good crunch or lead tones and Ive concluded its likely to be the pickups which are no where near as punchy as the Gibson ones on their Les Pauls. I suppose you get what you pay for but what might be a good humbucker replacement set I could try to get closer to the Gibson? I thought about a P90 and something else????

Phil X is a great player, and everything in his hands wil spund good. But. This sound iz so lacking and uninspiring. In the same room is a Matchless, to my taste the best low to medium gain amp. That's the sound and the amp. This Yamaha looks as a toster, and really sounds as a toster. :)
